I'm sorry I don't know the real title of this song although I like it very much, Gosijo told me it's from yhe movie The King and the Clown.
The first time I heard this song was on Quilt with a wonderful flash made by our Bae sis umich@n, you can download it from the link she posted with the flash here.

Here is all I can pass on about this song: it is included in a Chinese compilation CD of songs from or inspired by K-dramas and K-movies. The Chinese title of this one would translate as 'Destiny' and is associated with King and the Clown. However, I'm not sure that it would be on the movie's OST. I watched the movie's DVD recently and I did not hear that song, only an instrumental score that, incidentally, won a Blue Dragon Award recently.
