Aujourd’hui, exceptionnellement, je vais écrire en anglais pour partager avec mes Bae sis ce que m’avait raconté alinne.
Merci alinne d'avoir partagé cette petite histoire avec nous.
In my last posting, alinne dropped her comment and said Mr Leslie Kee told her YJ was crying when doing this photo. I was very surprised, I though I misunderstood her so I asked her again.
Alinne just confirms me that it’s true. The whole story is when she was at the Super Stars Exhibit held in
Alinne also shares with me that Mr Leslie told her that it’s YJ who chose this photo for the book and he has this pic at home too.
So my dear Bae sis, what is your guess ? Why YJ was crying when this photo was taken ?

i love this picture with his lying down position, his stretched out arm and especially his facial expression. His eyes are sparkling behind the eyeglasses. I cannot see if his eyes are red because it's hard to tell especially the background color is not pure white. But I do see his right eye has a light reflection, that means his eyes are moist. I trust Alinne as she could see that exhibition picture up close in its real colors.
I love what gosijo said about this picture. There's only one of him and millions of us, he's trying to give himself to us through the medium of photography. (Sorry can't find the exact quote) So beautiful and well said.

I don't think we'll ever know the exact cause behind the crying or moist eyes. I hope it's not sadness, and that seems unlikely in light of the other pictures. Perhaps it was part of the "acting" for the photo shoot, or perhaps it was the expression of emotion, although this might be very private. Of course, we all hope this was emotion directed at us. The fact that he chose that picture as one to illustrate "family: whatever happens, they believe me" seems to support that YJ feels this photo illustrates his bond with us. I like the way Jaime puts it, about only one of him and millions of us. What a dear, sweet man!
I never noticed that his eyes were red and moist as if in tears. Maybe because I was just too mesmerized by his aura.
We can only speculate the reason behind. Maybe he was overwhelmed by thoughts of how much love he is getting from his family. Or maybe he is just tired after a long day. Whatever it is we'll never know but thank you for adding a new dimension to the photo.

Love all your comments. Very well put. Practicall I believe it is an act at shooting, but it is out of his emotion to us, for us, such a sensitive and able man! I love this picture and I love his being. Thanks for sharing.
yea... like what gosijo had said, it seems unlikely that it was pain or sadness, in light of the other pics. and if we try and play detective and put two and two together... mmm, the beautiful conclusion could be he was thinking about us, his family, the love.

Yes we all love this pic and I believe he was thinking of us, his family too, as he's said in his message in the DVD of his last Asia tour.
