Snow in April !

I have some problems with internet, wasn’t able to connect to the net since Monday. So I spent my free time to rewatch April Snow as we had snow 10 days ago in Paris. Thanks god tonight I have internet again, phew !

Although it doesn’t snow anymore here but I’m still in a kind of April Snow mood, so I would like to share with you 2 small reviews from the movie-goers of the website
Allociné . Ah, souvenir, souvenir !

A transcendent emotion. April Snow, released discreetly, is a sublime movie. We are literally tired out by so much emotion at the end of the seance. We feel, with the two main protagonists, the burden that they have inherited from their unfaithful spouses and murderers. We feel the impossibility, for the two first ones, to live fully their love, the only possible solution to their unspeakable double sadness, as the society would condemn them. We are also revolted by the injustice which affects them (to be always judged guilty, even though they are victims), and affected by their continual sorrow. April Snow is a movie where we are not ashamed to cry. April Snow is a movie about the burden we did not choose, but have to endure. April Snow is a movie about happiness that we touch with a finger, but don’t have the right to reach. April Snow is a wonderful movie.

The most beautiful surprise of the year. A small gem from every point of view. Magic actors but especially an OST which is more than wonderful. Bravo. In my top 5 of the year ...

And thanks to a very nice Bae sister from Japan (you know who you are), these are some of my favourite pictures from April Snow book. Although I don’t understand what it’s written but I do enjoy the photos very much.

My dear Camille,

Thank you for translating these wonderful review of April Snow. Just by reading them reminds me of how beautiful AS and Insoo is.

I never really cried watching AS, but from what the review said, I do feel that it's sad that the 2 main characters could only touch, but can't reach happiness in the movie.

love ... jaime

Dear Jaime

I'm glad you enjoyed reading these 2 small reviews, AS is such a beautiful movie and In Su is just "too much" haha.
